Featuring an extremely stable SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) core, a huge 0.7mm scratch & water resistant commercial grade wear layer as well as a built-in underlay offering sound reduction up to 19dB, our RVP is the perfect floor covering for a high-traffic area.
The RVP has been laid free floating above a prepared subfloor which presented many challenges. With undulations of up to 10mm and with old carpet adhesive residue present, we achieved a required sub-floor tolerance of +/- 2mm over a 3m area using Mapei Latex Trade Plan self levelling compound.
Each plank has been fixed to one another using the floorings built-in locking system.
